Lavabrum Luxurium for Organizers

Lavabrum Luxurium is a mobile bathhouse for medieval markets, festivals and special events. We create a quiet, atmospheric retreat in the midst of the event.

Technical Requirements

To ensure Lavabrum Luxurium can operate safely and smoothly on-site, we need some basic conditions.

  • Drinking water connection 3/4″ GEKA
  • Max. distance: 50 m

Wastewater

  • Wastewater connection (drain or similar)

  • Own distribution board available
  • Max. distance: 50 m

Access and Parking

  • Access for 3.5 t van
  • 2 t trailer with ball coupling
  • Parking for van and at least one car

Process & Integration into Your Event

Lavabrum Luxurium integrates quietly and independently into your event. Setup, operation and dismantling are handled by our team – minimal coordination effort on your part.

Setup and Preparation

Setup is usually done one day before the event starts. This way we can set up all connections calmly and are fully operational at the start of the event.

On-site, we only need from the organizer:

  • Briefing on the location of infrastructure (electricity, water, wastewater)
  • Assigned pitch
  • Parking for van and support vehicle

Operation During the Event

During the event, Lavabrum Luxurium is fully managed by our team. Guest care, scheduling and organization are handled independently and integrate unobtrusively into the event.

Dismantling and Departure

Dismantling takes place independently and promptly after the event ends. The area is handed over clean – no additional effort for the organizer.
