1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between

and consumers (§ 13 BGB) as well as entrepreneurs (§ 14 BGB) concluded via the website https://lavabrum.de are concluded.
Deviating conditions of the customer shall not apply unless their validity has been expressly agreed to in writing.
2. Services and Offers
Lavabrum Luxurium offers the following services via the website:
- Appointment bookings for services (e.g., bathhouse, massages, treatments)
- the sale of vouchers (digital or physical where applicable)
The presentation of services on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to submit a booking or order.
3. Conclusion of Contract
a) Appointment Bookings
By completing the booking process, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a service contract. The contract is concluded when the customer receives a booking confirmation by email.
b) Vouchers
By completing the order process, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase a voucher. The contract is concluded upon dispatch of the order confirmation by email.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are in euros including statutory VAT where applicable.
The following payment methods are available:
- Payment via SumUp, including the payment methods offered through it (e.g., credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal)
- Bank transfer via Mollie
Payment processing is handled by the respective payment service providers.
Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Vouchers
Vouchers are transferable unless otherwise stated. Cash payment of vouchers is excluded.
Vouchers can only be redeemed for services of Lavabrum Luxurium and not for other purposes.
Validity: Value vouchers are valid indefinitely. Service vouchers (e.g., for a specific service) are valid for three years from the date of issue.
6. Appointment Bookings, Cancellation and No-Show
Booked appointments are binding.
Unless otherwise stated, the following applies:
- Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the booked appointment.
- In case of later cancellation or no-show, we reserve the right to charge the full price of the booked service.
The customer retains the right to prove that no or less damage has occurred.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers are generally entitled to a right of withdrawal.
No right of withdrawal exists for contracts for services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period for performance (§ 312g (2) No. 9 BGB).
For vouchers, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the customer has expressly agreed that performance of the contract shall begin before expiry of the withdrawal period and was aware that this would result in loss of their right of withdrawal.

8. Liability
Lavabrum Luxurium is liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence as well as injury to life, body or health.
In cases of slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract.
Otherwise, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
9. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply.
10. Contract Language and Storage of Contract Text
The contract language is German. The contract text is stored by us but is not permanently accessible to the customer after conclusion of the contract.
11. Online Dispute Resolution / Consumer Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
12. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
If the customer is a merchant, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is our place of business.
