When can I bathe?
Whenever we are at the same market or festival – and you have booked a tub session. Bathing rounds follow the opening hours of the respective event, typically:

Each tub session lasts 90 minutes and is booked as a flat rate – you only bathe with the people you bring along. This includes changing, showering thoroughly, the actual bathing time and getting out afterwards.
Please make sure you are allowed on the market grounds at your booked time. For camp groups and merchants we are happy to offer sessions outside regular opening hours – just talk to us.
How does a tub session work?
You always book the entire tub, not individual seats. You decide who joins you. Our small tub comfortably fits 4–6 people, the large one 6–9. With changing, showering, bathing and getting dressed again you have 90 minutes – leaving a full hour to enjoy the warm water.
Here’s how it works:
- Arrive on time – ideally 5 minutes before your session – with your group at the bathhouse and place your drinks by the tub.
- Head to the changing area, shower thoroughly – and step through the shower directly into your tub.
- If something is missing, the temperature isn’t right or your drinks are still at the tavern: just let us know, we’ll take care of it.
- Fifteen minutes before the next session it’s time to get out – don’t worry, we’ll remind you in time so even that stays relaxed.
- Feel free to shower again. Let us know beforehand if you need a towel. Then just get dressed – done!
How do I book a tub session?
The easiest way is to come directly to the bathhouse at the market. Or you can book online in advance.
We need from you:
- Name – yours, your group’s or your market name
- Event – which market you want to bathe at (find our events here)
You can reserve your session from five weeks before the market. With online booking the deposit is handled directly – securing your spot.
What do I need for bathing?
- A booking – reserve directly at the bathhouse or online up to five weeks in advance.
- A towel – best bring your own. While supplies last, you can also borrow one from us (50×100 cm). More at Forgotten Something?
- Shower gel & shampoo – bring your own or use our ecological liquid soap available in the shower.
- A non-alcoholic drink – bathing dehydrates, so drink plenty.
- Swimwear (optional) – most of our guests bathe nude. If you prefer to wear something: bring a fresh swimsuit or trunks. Please shower nude and put on your swimwear in the shower.
We think of you and are happy to help if you have forgotten something. A menstruation box is also available at the bathhouse.
Can I also book a massage?
Yes! At most events, massage therapists are on site. You can see which therapists are available in the booking list for each event. Advance booking is recommended for massages too – to secure your preferred time.
Please bring your own towel for the massage if possible.
Am I allowed to…
… drink alcohol?
Yes, you are welcome to bring alcoholic drinks to your session. But be careful: alcohol has a much stronger effect in warm water. So go easy and pay attention to your body’s signals.
… smoke?
Yes, we have ashtrays at the bathhouse for anyone who would like to smoke. Please check with your group beforehand to make sure everyone is okay with it.
… consume cannabis?
Yes, you are generally allowed to smoke cannabis at our bathhouse. However, please respect the house rules of the event – if they prohibit it, this applies to our bathhouse as well. Also, in this case please be considerate not only of your own group but also of the people in the neighbouring tub.
What cleaning products do you use?
Tub cleaning
We use established, pool-approved cleaning products based on essential oils (HG Whirlpool Cleaner). Shower trays, fittings, the massage bench and all other surfaces are cleaned with products from Sonett – bathroom cleaner, surface disinfectant and all-purpose cleaner.
Showers & Massage
Sustainability matters to us. Our guests can use a gentle, eco-friendly shower gel from Sonett. Our massage oil comes from Naissance, the fragrance essences from Maienfelser Naturkosmetik – from certified organic farming, produced in a German manufactory.
Laundry
Our towels and massage linens are washed with detergent from Sonett or Ecover. The towels are Oeko-Tex certified – so you can feel completely comfortable with us.
