Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (except for supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

• Contracts for services in the area of leisure activities, if the contract provides for a specific date or period for performance (§ 312g (2) No. 9 BGB). This applies in particular to appointment bookings for the bathhouse and photo shoot bookings.
• Contracts for the delivery of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun with the express consent of the consumer and the consumer has confirmed that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

Special Notes for Photo Shoots

When booking a photo shoot, you enter into two separate contracts:

1. Tub Booking: Contract with Lavabrum Luxurium for the use of the bathhouse.
2. Photo Shoot: Contract with the photographer commissioned by Lavabrum for the photography service.

For both contracts: Since these are leisure services with a fixed date, withdrawal is excluded pursuant to § 312g (2) No. 9 BGB.

Cancellation: Free cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the appointment. In case of later cancellation or no-show, the deposit will be retained.

Note for Digital Vouchers

For digital vouchers sent by email, by placing your order you expressly consent to us beginning performance of the contract before expiry of the withdrawal period. You confirm that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
